§ 59-47. Certificates of completion of plumbing.

  • When, after final inspection, it is found that the plumbing work has been completed in accordance with the applicable building laws, ordinances and regulations and in accordance with the application, plans and specifications filed in connection with the issuance of a plumbing permit, the Plumbing Inspector shall issue a certificate of completion of plumbing upon the form provided by him. If it is found that the plumbing work has not been properly completed, the Plumbing Inspector shall refuse to issue such certificate and shall order the completion of the plumbing work in conformity with the permit.
